RISK OF
LOSS:
All items purchased from Action Printing, Inc are made
pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and
title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
Action Printing, Inc and
its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible, however, Action Printing, Inc does not warrant that product pricing, descriptions,
use or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free.
In addition, Action Printing, Inc does not guarantee and
takes not responsibility about product information including but not limited to
prices provided via electronic means from our suppliers except the correction of
such information at the time we are notified or informed about such erroneous
information. If you find a product that contains information, pricing, use or
availability which may be inexact, imprecise or vague, we encourage you to
contact our Sales Department prior to complete your order online.
We have
implemented special scripts and program codes to disable our databases, servers
or login web pages when unusual activity is detected in our web site. If you
make a order in such circumstances, you may not be able to complete the
purchase, even if you receive an acknowledgment from our automated scripts. In
such situations, our order acceptance department may require from you to provide
partial or total information about your business, including payment information
again. Such orders will be subject to the acceptance and approval of our
personnel.
If a product offered by Action Printing, Inc itself is
not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
Orders completed online are
subject to review prior to acceptance by our authorized personnel. After review,
Action Printing, Inc will accept your order and approve to process the
payment. Only after you have paid in full, using one of the acceptable payment
methods by Action Printing, Inc, your order is approved and subject to our
production rules and conditions.
If we found errors or incorrect
information on your order, it may be subject to cancellation. Although we do
every effort to contact you for information about our policy and order
processing, if the contact method you provided is not accurate, we are not
required to seek for alternative contacts with you.
INCOMPLETE
ORDERS:
Incomplete orders will be returned for adjustment and
clarification. It is your sole responsibility to return the information or
confirmation required as soon as possible to begin processing your order.
Production time begins after all clarifications, proof approvals and payment
clearance. Extra charges may be required to process and complete the order under
your decoration request. If such extra charges are not acceptable for you, your
order will be cancelled and any payment processed will be returned.
Action Printing, Inc is not liable for price change,
imprint methods or other production requirements from our suppliers.
PRICES:
Prices in the website are subject to change
without notice, including but not limited to regular pricing, rush service
pricing, setup charges, artwork and other options charges. Shipping costs are
approximated and calculated at the time order is received; at the time of
shipment, actual shipping costs will be calculated and adjusted if a difference
occurs. Action Printing, Inc does not have control about shipping costs.
You should contact the actual carrier used for information and rates.
OTHER BUSINESSES:
Action Printing, Inc assumes
no responsibility for any material outside of Action Printing, Inc's web
pages that may be accessed through hypertext or other computer "links" and does
not exert any editorial or other control over those other sites. You should

NET 30 TERMS:
If you are issued credit and you are
late paying your invoice, a 1.5% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law
may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay
all the company's reasonable attorney's fees and all collection agency fees
incurred in the collection of any amount owed thereunder and not paid when due.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
Customer agrees that it will not
hold Action Printing, Inc accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by
acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory
shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no
case shall Action Printing, Inc be liable for any consequential or special
