Press down the plunger - it's magnetic - and clips in the reservoir are conveniently pulled upward for easy removal! This easy-to-use, easy-to-keep Press N Pic Clip Dispenser features no skid base keeps clip dispenser in place, and includes matching vinyl-coated paper clips.
