Margins
Margins are the white space areas which appear at the top, sides, and bottom of a publication.
Manila
A semi-bleached chemical sulfate paper. Not as strong as Kraft, but with better printing qualities. Light ecru commonly associated with manila stock.
Nameplate
A nameplate is the distinctive portion of the front of any publication which usually contains the “name” of the publication, a logo, date and volume information and remains consistent in style from one issue to the next.
Nested Envelopes are co-mingled on press sheet. A nested layout normally not steppable.
